How can I distinguish what you bring to me in business from my current clients, as sometimes they are the same (from a legal and non-competition point of view)?
By "client", we mean the contact (the person who briefs). This is someone you would only know through our intermediary. Of course, if you end up working with the same company but with a different contact (assuming our client is not the source of the contact), there is no problem.
