# What's included in your service fee?

At Acracy, we aim for complete transparency about our rates, so here is a breakdown of what is included in our service fee:

**50% Talent Identification and Management**

* Sourcing, qualification, and identification of talent (community development, interviews, onboarding)
* Collection and verification of administrative and financial data from freelancers (KYC)
* Freelancer matching, creating profile selections in less than 48 hours, connecting them with clients

**40% Account Management**

* Briefing and analysis, client account management
* Customer service, mission management, replacement of profiles

**10% Administrative**

* Administrative management, issuing quotes, invoices, transaction fees
