# Why does the IBAN on your invoices start with DE?

In order to automate our billing process to the maximum, we use an online payment service: Stripe.
Stripe uses Saxo Payments, a bank domiciled in Germany, to manage its banking transactions. That's why the IBAN on our invoices start with DE.
