Can I speak directly with the client?

Regarding the project, yes, of course! You have a chat tab in each brief to contact the client directly. We actually encourage direct communication early on in the process. We don't handle project management, so it's good to communicate with the client in the context of the project.

However, if the client contacts you directly for a new brief, you should let us know.
