How does matching work / what is the acracy process?
Here is the matching process:
from a client for one or more profiles. We commit to respond within 48 hours: the countdown begins.
per brief, and if it's you, send you the brief via the platform.
At this stage: double-check your daily rate, as well as the number of days proposed (you can make a new proposal to the client if the number of days doesn't seem appropriate). If you are not available/interested, don't hesitate to refuse, we won't hold it against you and it gives us visibility.
#4/ Interview and/or profile validation
If the client is interested in your profile, they will request an interview with you to get to know you better.
Or directly validate it!
Sometimes the client requests a test.
#6/ Introduction and kick-off
You will be notified when your profile is validated. The client receives your contact information and reaches out to you to schedule a brief/kick-off.
Note: We do not have a project management role, so you will manage the project directly with the client. Therefore, we recommend that you communicate well with the client (delivery deadlines, schedule...)
1/ We receive a brief

2/ Severine or Elia will identify 3 to 4 perfect profiles
per brief, and if it's you, send you the brief via the platform.
3/ You can accept or refuse the brief.
