How to invoice every month on a recurring mission?

For recurring missions, here are the steps to follow.

Option 1 - You have a large quote (for example, for 6 months) and you want to invoice it in several installments.



This is easy. On the "Quote" tab of the mission, click on "Invoice" on the corresponding quote, indicate the period concerned, and launch an interim invoice. You can invoice as many times as you want within a quote.

When you have invoiced the entire quote, then you need to launch a new quote, which brings us to...

Option 2 - You have made a partial quote, or you have finished the first quote and the mission continues.



At the end of the quote - launch invoicing on the current quote.

On the "Quote" tab of the mission, click on "Invoice" on the corresponding quote, indicate the period concerned, and launch an invoice.

At the beginning of the following month: launch a new quote.

When the initial quote has been invoiced (for example, an initial quote for 3 months, but now it's been 4), in the "Quote" tab, click on "Create an additional quote". At that point, you will have the option to issue a new quote for a "Mission Extension". You just have to fill in the number of days of work planned for this mission in the upcoming month (or period) and validate. The client can then accept this quote, launch purchase orders, and all that.

At the end of the month,

You can access the mission via your dashboard, choose the quote for which you wish to invoice, and issue your invoice by clicking on "Invoice". And we start over.
