Fast-Track will soon stop running 🫤

After a good few years of faithful service, Fast-track (Auto-Thune) will officially come to an end on 14 May 2025.
Fast-Track was our invoice financing option – it allowed you to get paid within a few days, in exchange for 3% of your invoice total.

Why it’s coming to an end 🛑



We really did everything we could to keep it going. But after months of back and forth, our partnership with Aria (the external provider behind Fast-Track) has simply become too complicated. For a mix of financial and regulatory reasons, Aria has tightened the screws:

- The cost of the service has gone up (you may have noticed the pinch đź’¸)
- Fewer missions became eligible over time (some of you saw Fast-Track quietly disappear for their clients)
- And more recently, they’ve introduced operational changes that we just can’t implement without disrupting – or downright breaking – the way we handle payments with our clients.

Long story short: we’ve mutually agreed with Aria to part ways. Fast-Track will shut down for good on 14 May.

🤨 So what now?



We know Fast-Track was a lifesaver for many of you, especially on longer missions.
Here’s how we’re doing our best to soften the blow:

- We’ll keep up our relentless follow-ups with clients to make sure they stick to payment deadlines
- If you're working with a client who isn’t a big corporate (where payment terms are often set in stone), you might be able to negotiate a quicker turnaround. And if you need backup for that conversation, we’re here to help
- If you want to check on a client’s payment status, usual delays, or if your situation is a bit tricky, just drop us a message – we’ll look into it on a case-by-case basis and do what we can to speed things up.

What are the payment rules now?



Our terms & conditions state that clients must pay within 60 days.
Most of them stick to this (a few work on “45 days end of month” terms, just to keep things spicy).

The rule of thumb still stands: if your client pays before the 60-day mark, we pay you as soon as the money hits our account.
We never sit on your cash.

We’re genuinely sorry for the change. We know it’s a pain, and we’re doing our best to make the transition as smooth as possible.
